Large Patchwork Decorated Pillows
This is an Art by Rhea unique and exclusive design. Two King sized pillow covers were created with pink solid and pink print patchwork in 9″ blocks. The front of the pillow was sandwiched with quilt batting and one layer of pink print backing. A zipper was inserted at the end for closure. The customer’s collected baby clothing was put over the patchwork front by appliqué . The little garments were cut in half–the front used for one pillow and the back for the other. King sized pillows were inserted. Lots of time and thread went into the construction. The cost for time and materials was $200 per pillow.
Filled with 100% polyester fiber fill. Measures about 16 inches square. Includes decorative piping. Additional charges for larger pillows.
